Veraxity — Self-Hosted Infrastructure, AI Engineering & Data Privacy

Veraxity helps businesses own the software they run on — self-hosted infrastructure, AI engineering, and data privacy & security. Every engagement is delivered directly by the software architect, scoped up front, and handed over as systems your team can run themselves. You work directly with the architect — no handoffs, no account managers, no middlemen.

Services

Veraxity offers eight defined engagements, each with fixed scope and written deliverables.

  • SaaS & Sovereignty Audit (1–2 weeks) — An honest read on what you're paying to rent — per-seat cost, data residency, and exit cost — and which tools are worth bringing in-house. Delivered as a prioritised written report with a migration roadmap.
  • Product Requirements Sprint (3–5 weeks) — Converts a client conversation into a handoff-ready requirements document — personas, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and a wireframe-validated specification a team can build from without a follow-up meeting.
  • Self-Hosted Password Vault (2–4 weeks) — A password and secrets vault your team owns — role-based access, audit logging, no per-seat fees, no third party holding your credentials. Deployed for 500+ users at Circle K Egypt.
  • Self-Hosted Tools & Internal Apps (4–8 weeks) — Self-hosted alternatives to the SaaS tools you rely on — file sharing, automation, dashboards, collaboration, and custom internal apps — deployed, integrated, and handed over for your team to run.
  • Self-Hosted CI/CD & DevOps (3+ weeks) — Git hosting and build/test/deploy pipelines that don't depend on the cloud — constraint-driven from the start, delivered with a phased limitations report.
  • AI Engineering & Evaluation (8–12 weeks) — AI systems and evaluation pipelines grounded in knowledge engineering — validated against expert judgment, and self-hosted where data sensitivity requires it.
  • Legacy Platform Refactoring (4–8 weeks) — Rebuild a legacy system using hexagonal architecture and domain-driven design — five structured iterations, each deployable.
  • Technical Training (custom) — Custom workshops for engineering teams on self-hosting and DevOps, software architecture, and AI systems design.

Packaged solutions

Alongside the consulting engagements, Veraxity offers fully-scoped, ready-to-deploy solutions you own outright on infrastructure you control: a self-hosted password vault, a self-hosted learning platform, a self-hosted CI/CD pipeline, self-hosted file storage and collaboration, self-hosted DNS filtering, and a self-hosted VPN.

How engagements work

Every engagement is scoped before it begins. You send a brief message describing the problem; if it looks like a good fit, a focused 15-minute discovery call follows, then a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Work proceeds in verified phases, and the project ends with your team trained and able to run the system independently — no retainers, no ongoing dependencies, no handoffs to junior staff.

Request a scoped proposal at veraxity.dev/contact — describe the problem you're trying to solve and you'll get a reply within 2 business days.

Why Veraxity

Most consulting firms assign a senior architect to sell the engagement and junior developers to execute it. At Veraxity, Mohammed Al-Mousa does both — every architecture decision, every deliverable, every client communication. The work is in service of one thing: leaving you in control, with systems your team owns and can run after handover.
